The firm was founded in 2013, in Israel, as a subsidiary of the US company founded in 1984.

Decades of experience allow us to offer trademark, copyright and patent services worldwide, while working closely and reliably with local offices in each territory.

Our office provides solutions to many companies worldwide in a variety of fields of expertise, such as high-tech, biopharma, agriculture, food, textiles and more.

We accompany the client at all stages, from clearance searches to consulting, responding to examiners at patent offices, renewals and managing trademark portfolios while providing reminders to prevent cancellation of registrations.

Our two main goals are, first: to assist the client in protecting its brand in every destination country in the world, in a professional and reliable manner.

Why Register a Trademark?

Registering a trademark enhances the level of protection for the name, prevents others from using the trademark, and strengthens the rights of the trademark owner in cases of attempts to infringe on the trademark.

A. Greater Remedies

Registration grants the trademark owner the right to recover up to triple damages and attorney’s fees from an infringer.
The trademark owner receives the presumption of being the valid owner of the mark.
A registration increases the likelihood of the successful filing of a dispute resolution policy for an infringing Internet domain name.
The trademark owner has an automatic right to sue in federal court.

B. Your registration and preventing the defense of innocent infringement.

The trademark will appear in trademark search reports ordered by others, likely discouraging others from proceeding with the registration of the same or similar mark.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) will refuse registration to any trademarks it deems confusingly similar to your trademark.

C. Registering a brand on Amazon requires proof of the brand's registered trademark.
